1. 10% AMC fee is applicable for all Subscription packs (Except Yearly & Monthly Subscription).
2. 18% tax is applicable for all subscriptions and services.
3. Support is available during monday to friday(Expect goverment holiday). Time 10 am to 5 pm Indian time.
4. All customizations require 100% advance payment.
5. Software issues will be address within 15 hours, Resolution based on complexity.
6. If Addtional support required we charge Rs.150/Hour
7. All life time plans valid upto 10 years.
8. Refund, replacement, or transfer should not be allowed under any circumstances.
