Cancellation Policy

Eligibility

1. Digital Products:
   • Cancellations are accepted only before the license key is issued. Once issued, cancellations are not permitted.
2. Customized Software:
   • Cancel within 7 days of placing the order or before development begins. If development has started, partial charges may apply.

Non-Cancellable Items

• Once a subscription is activated, refunds will not be provided.
• Third-party licenses or integrations purchased on your behalf.
• Promotional or discounted items marked as non-refundable.

Refunds
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Processing fees, if applicable, may be deducted.
